Navigate to <https://eo.ymca.ca/>and click "Online Registration"

Click "Online Registration Portal"

Click "Log in to the Portal"

**Select "Link Up Your Account Here"**\ If you are a YMCA member or have been to our facilities (Brockville or Kingston) before, select this option. \ *\*Please note: An account may already exist in our database if you have visited the YMCA in the past.*

To link your YMCA account, enter your barcode found on your Membership Card

Click "Choose..." to select a secondary option to confirm your account

Select which option you'd prefer

Complete required fields and click "Search"

Click "OK"

An email will be sent to you to confirm the activation. \ *Please note: If you do not see this email, please check your Junk/Spam folder.*

Once you click the Reset Password link in the email it will navigate you to this screen and click "Reset Password"\ *\* If you do not receive this email, please check your Junk/Spam folder*

Follow instructions and input details to create an online portal password and click "Change Password"

Welcome to the Online Portal! \ Select the Menu in the top left corner

Click "Programs/Bookings" to view & register for programs, swim lessons, courses and more

Click "Browse and Register"

Select the desired location to attend - Brockville or Kingston

Click "Search"

Click "Program" to filter which Session to view

Select the current "Session" option (ex. Fall, Winter, Spring, Summer)

Click "Apply"

Click the desired check boxes to filter and view programs available for registration and click "Apply"

Scroll the options that populate, click "Registration Information" to register

Review description and details, click "Register"

Click "Select" to choose participant to register into desired selection

Read and complete the required registration fields

Click "Submit"

To register for more, click "Continue Shopping" or click "Proceed to Checkout" if done.

To "Continue Shopping," scroll for options, repeat the registration process

Click "Register"

Click "Select" to choose the participant to register into desired selection

Read and complete the required registration fields

Click "Submit"

Review cart and click "Proceed to Checkout"

If a payment is required, click "Add Credit Card" and follow steps to add a credit card on the account to process the payment.

Input credit card details for payment

Click the "I agree to the terms and conditions" field

Click "Submit" then "Complete Order"

Once processed, click "Back Home"

Once you receive the "Checkout Successful" screen, check your email for your registration confirmation! \ *\* If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check your Junk/Spam folder.*

Click "My Schedule" to review registrations

Click "Select" on the participant(s) on the account

Once participants are selected, their schedule will populate in the adjacent calendar to view

Click on registration, details will be provided

Please ensure you store your password in a secure location for ease of access during future registrations.
