Submitting an Occupancy Report: Multi-Lisiting

From the dashboard, access the Occupancy Report form by clicking on the link in the **Occupancy Reports** section.

If your account has more than one listing associated with it, you will be directed to the page below with a listing of your businesses. If no listings are associated with your account, a notification message will appear. If this happens, please contact your administrator. Definitions for **# of Open Nights, Available Units (Daily) and Unit Nights Sold** can be found by hovering over the (i) or by viewing the legend at the bottom of the page.

If required, use the **Date Picker** arrows to change the year as required.

Use the **Month** column to find the month for which you are submitting the report. All listings that you have access to will be listed under the **Name** column.

Submitted data will appear in **green** rows, and unsubmitted data will appear in **yellow** rows. Enter numerical values in the **# of Open Nights**, **Available Units (Daily)**, and **Unit Nights Sold** fields, and then click **Submit** to save the data to the database.

After clicking **Submit**, the system will automatically update the information and display an **“Updated!”** confirmation message when the save is successful. If an error message appears, verify the entered values and try again. If the issue continues, contact your system administrator for assistance.

Click **Go Back** to return to the previous screen.
