From inside your portal, click "Fleet" on your dashboard.

Click **“Scheduling”** from the left-side menu.

On the Scheduling page, locate the shift you want to optimize and click its entry within the corresponding cell.

In the shift details panel on the right, click the **“Policies”** tab.
**Note:** There is no single correct way to configure shift policies. One or multiple policies can be configured depending on your operational goals, scale, and day-to-day requirements.
The available shift policies are: - Drivers limit - Enforce drivers limit - Vehicles limit - Start location - End location - Joining radius (in meters) - Leaving radius (in meters) - Early join duration (in minutes) - Late join duration (in minutes) - Early leave duration (in minutes)

Once you’ve configured the required policies, click **“Save”** to apply your changes.
