Navigate to [SpartanMart](https://app01.jaggaer.com/apps/Router/DashboardUserDetails?Id=14560&tmstmp=1726596849087)

Click your cart located at the top of the screen.

Click "View My Cart"

Name the Cart if you would like.

Click "Assign Cart" if you only have the Shopper Role and you do not know the Fund and account numbers for your department.

Click "SELECT" to choose someone from your profile assignees

Click "SEARCH" if you do not see the Requestor in your drop down.

Click the type in thier name

Click "Search"

Click the Add icon to select that person

Click "Assign"

Your cart has now been assigned. Your requisition number will be listed.
Tip! As a **Shopper** this stage means you have assigned your cart to a **Requestor** in your department. The Requestor will be responsible for clicking Place Order for you. Once the Requisition becomes a Purchase Order you should receive an email letting you know the Purchase order was completed. - Next **Review the Process for creating a receipt for your order.**

If you have a requestor role and you know the fund and account numbers Click "Proceed To Checkout"

Click Place order.

You will see the Workflow progress for your Requisitions, POs, and invoices in this Summary area. Monitor this area after you click place order until you see that PO has been created and sent to the vendor.
Tip! After your Requisition becomes a PO please create receipts when the order has been received and ensure it is fully matched with the invoices. Goal is to get your PO in a soft close status to ensure your invoices pay automatically.
