Navigate to Brokerage Engine

Click "Accounting"

Click "Reports"

Click "Managerial Reporting"

Click "Company Snapshot by Month"

The Company Snapshot by Month will then display.

Adjust the date of the report by making a custom selection from the dropdown menu.

Or simply use the small calendar icons.

It is easy to alter the report to include a class breakdown. To do so, click "Select Class"

From the menu, select all, individual, or multiple classes.

Click "Close"

Click "Generate"

The report can be exported to Excel and/or PDF

The report provides a quick reference to key figures, such as total Sales Volume for the month and Average Sales Price.
The Average Commission figure is calculated by dividing the Gross Commission Income (which can be found on the Closed Transactions Report) by the Closed Sides.

The report will also display Profit and Loss statement for the month.
