In this session, we’ll provide a high-level overview of how to navigate and access Oracle Guided Learning, referred to as OGL. First, you will need to navigate to Oracle HR and sign in.

Once signed in to OracleHR, you'll notice a small "i" icon. This is typically on the far right of the page. It may take a few seconds for the icon to appear. This is how you access OGL.

You can move the OGL icon around the page by selecting the dots below the "i" and dragging the icon to a new position. Once moved, it will stay in that location.

To open OGL, select the icon

With OGL open, you can search through all the available guides. Here, we searched for Update since we want to update our listed contacts.

Once you've found the guide you want, select the three dots

You'll see a few options. Video will open a video of how to complete the transaction. Step Guide will open a printable step-by-step guide. Select Launch Guide and prompts will display guiding you through the transaction you wish to complete. Launch Guide is the most commonly used option.
