POS: Gift Card Lookup

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to perform a gift card lookup on your POS. By following these steps, you will be able to easily search by one of five gift card fields.

Click the "Customer" tab

Click "Gift Card Lookup"

Click "Number" to search for a specific gift card number

Choose "Manual" if you would like to type the number instead of swiping the card on a connected reader

Enter the card number

Click "OK" to search on the entered card number

Click "Done" to close the page
