Start a new order.

Build your order by adding menu items.

Click 'Actions'

Click 'Discount Order'

Click 'Standard'

Click 'Percent Discount'

Enter the percent discount and click 'OK'

Enter a discount reason and click 'OK'

Click 'Done'. Your percent discount is now applied
