Click "School Choice Workspace"
For each grade level, the administrator needs to update the number of available seats per grade. Typically, the lowest grade level at a school would have a high number of available seats whereas other grade levels will only have seats available from students who are not returning the following school year.

Click "Grade PK4"

Click here to update the number of available seats.

Edit the number of available seats.

Click to update the value.

Click "Back to School Choice Workspace"
Continue to update the number of available seats for each grade level.

Click "Grade K"

Edit the number of available seats.

Remember to click "Update" to save the information.
