Registration Form - Notify Students

Change to the Imported/Added view by clicking here.

Click "Imported / Added"

Double check any filters applied.

Click this checkbox to select the students to notify.

Review the students who have green checkmarks for valid email addresses.

This student has a valid email for notification.

The notify task is located in this dropdown. Click this link.

Click "Notify"

Click this dropdown to select the appropriate email.

Always select "Select Only" to only notify those selected.

Make sure to review this option. If resending a notification, this needs to be unchecked.

If resending a notification, this needs to be unchecked.

Click this dropdown to review which email is being used for the notification.

Click the Send All.
To resend notification emails, you need to change views to the Notified/Not Started list.

Click "Notified / Not Started"
Alert! Remember to check any filtering before proceeding.

Click this checkbox to select each students.

Click the tasks dropdown review options.

Click "Send Email"

Select the appropriate email for sending.

Confirm selection and email template and click here to send.

Preview the email and click "Send All" to complete.
