Click "Reset Password"

Enter your "Company Name," "Username" and "Email address." Then click Reset Password.

Open your emails and there will be an email with a link to reset your password, click on link to open the reset password screen. You have 30 mins until the link expires.

Enter a new password following the instructions on screen.
The new password **must** contain the following: - A lowercase letter (a-z) - An uppercase letter (A-Z) - A Number (0-9) - A special Character (!£$%^&\*)

Finally click the "Login" link once you've changed your password so you can sign in.
