ONLY use this to pay a referral fee to an agent that is NOT with KWBH. Examples would be a Re/Max agent or an agent with KW that is NOT KWBH

Get to the commission request you wish to add a referral fee to

Find Commission Information

Click "Add Outside Referral"
This is two steps. 1) we add the outside agent fee 2) we subtract that fee from your commission

Enter the percentage of the commission you are paying out

Click here to enter who you are paying. This is the BROKERAGE, not the actual agent
You are required to put a W9 in your Command docs for the brokerage you are paying a fee. The W9 will list the brokerage's tax info and should have the individual agent's name so their firm will know which agent to pay

Click the brokerage you wish to pay the fee to

Click "Add Outside Referral"
We have entered the outside agent's fee. Now we will deduct that fee from you commission

Click "Edit Agent Payment"

See "Outside Referrals" and how the fee amount still needs subtracted from your commission

Enter the amount of the fee so that there is $0 left to distribute

Click "Save"

In the summary you can see the outside fee has been entered
