Log into your Parking Account.

Once logged in, click on "Permits"

Find the permit pack you wish to redeem and click the "view" button.

Click "Redeem use of permit pack"

Select or add a vehicle for the redemption.

Once a vehicle is selected, click the "Confirm" button.

To select a date, click on the bar or the calendar icon to bring up calendar for date selection.

Select the date you wish your permit to be active

Once you select a date, click "Confirm"

Once a vehicle and date is selected, click "Complete" to finalize the redemption

Following a redemption, the customer may vehicle their permit pack redemptions on the permit screen in AIMS Web
