Universal Plugins & Options

Inside of the 'Plugins & Options' tab, you'll see the 'Universal Plugins & Options' section that gives access to a wide range of plugins that can be toggled on and off some also allow further customization. You'll also see that each plugin offers a preview that can be viewed for the 'Widget/Mobile' and a preview for the 'Page'. Clicking on either of these buttons will display a static image of what the plugin will look like, when enabled inside of the customer account.
Default Shopping Link

The 'default shopping link' toggle provides, your customers with a 'start shopping' button directly on their customer account dashboard, for easy access. This will appear if no orders have been placed at all by that customer. By default, when the 'start shopping' button is clicked, the customer will land on the collections page, however this can be in the 'Shopping button Link:' field, inside of the 'Default Shopping Link' section
Reorder / Buy Again

When the 'Reorder / Buy Again' toggle is toggled on, a 'Buy it Again' button will be added to customers orders. This button will be available for any order that hasn't been cancelled. A cancelled order won't display a 'Buy it Again' button.

Once the 'Buy it Again' button has been clicked. Customers will be taken to the 'Buy Again' page. which will allow customers to change the quantity, color, size etc of the products they're re-ordering. Once selected, they can choose to 'Add to Cart' or 'Check Out'.

Re-Order FAQs: My product prices have changed, when re-ordering, what price will be used?\ The updated price will be used. whatever the price is, at the time of re-order, will be the price used\ \ I have a coupon that gets automatically added during checkout, will that work?\ We can't be sure if this will work or not as it will be determined by the way that code has been built to weather or not it's compatible with the re-order feature
Order Notes

The 'Order Notes' toggle allows you to display any order notes, from an order, directly on the customers order details page. This allows you to share information about the order directly to the customer.

To add a note to a customers order, simply open a customers order from the Shopify admin panel On the right side you'll the section 'Notes', you can type in any text here. Or automate text to be added here through apps like Shopify Flow.
Recently Viewed Products

With the 'Recently Viewed Products' toggle, toggled on, your customers will be given access to any recently viewed products they've viewed on your store. This is also saved across devices so if a customer views this section on their desktop and then used their phone, they'll see the same recently viewed products.
Order Status Link

With the 'Order Status Link' being toggled on, all of your customers orders will have the 'Order Status' button added. This gives customers an easy way to navigate directly to the Shopify order status page for any order within their account.
Pay Now Button

With the 'Pay Now Button' toggled on, customers with unpaid or partially paid orders, will have the 'Pay Now' button added to their order. This gives quick access for customers to make payments to their outstanding orders, directly from the orders withing their account page.
Draft Orders

When you toggle on the 'Draft Orders' plugin, you'll be able to display draft orders directly to customers, inside of their 'Orders' tab, inside of the customer account. Once toggled on, the orders page will have a new filter added, so customers can filter draft orders and allow them to be viewed. Draft Orders will only be visible within the customer account, once the draft order invoice has been sent.
Cancel Orders

With the 'Cancel Orders' plugin toggled on, customers will be given access to cancel any unfulfilled order, directly from their orders, within the customer account.

Once toggled on, you can also choose how you want to handle order cancellations from the customization options build into the 'Cancel Orders' plugin. You can toggle on the 'Send Confirmation Email to Customers'\ As well as the 'Refund the amount paid by the Customer'\ You can also toggle on 'Restock Inventory committed to the Order' You're also also to set 'Hours after order creation to allow cancellation', this is automatically set to 0 which equals no time limit. This section also only allows for round numbers, for example 1 = 1 hour. Please Note:\ You can also add the tag "cannot-cancel" to any product you wish to not allow cancellations for. If an order contains this product(s), the cancel button will not appear.
Products Saved from Cart

With the 'Products Saved from Cart' plugin toggled on, your customers will be given access to the 'Cart Saver', which show any products that your customer's add to their cart within their account.
Refresh page after add to cart

The 'Refresh page after add to cart' is built specifically for dynamic carts. For dynamic carts, the page refreshes automatically after an item is added so the cart count is updated correctly.
Add Shopify Returns Link

if you'd like to give customers access to the new Shopify returns portal, you can toggle on the 'Add Shopify Returns Link' to add a returns button directly to your customers orders, within the customer account.

Please also ensure you have toggled on the 'Shopify Self-serve returns' feature, with your Shopify store settings, under the 'Customer Accounts' tab. Please also be aware, that this feature is exclusive to Shopify (new) Customer Accounts and is not available for Legacy customer accounts.
Add a 'Track with Shop' Link

With the 'Add a 'Track with Shop' Link' plugin toggled on, customers will be able to track their orders directly from within the 'Shop app'
Show Store Credit Balance

With the 'Show Store Credit Balance' plugin toggled on, your customers will see their existing store credit balance, directly from their customer account dashboard. Please note, this is exclusive to Shopify Store Credit and will not display 3rd party app credits.

Please also ensure you have toggled on the 'Shopify Store Credit' feature, with your Shopify store settings, under the 'Customer Accounts' tab. Please also be aware, that this feature is exclusive to Shopify (new) Customer Accounts and is not available for Legacy customer accounts.
Show link to Full Customer Accounts

With the 'Show link to Full Customer Accounts' toggle on, a button will be added to the customer account profile page, giving customers access to view the full page customer account (exclusive to the accounts everywhere widget)
Display Button in Lower Storefront

If you have the 'Accounts Everywhere Widget' toggled on, you're all to set it's visibility on your store. By toggling on the 'Display Button in Lower Storefront' plugin, the widget button, to trigger the widget will be displayed in the bottom right of the store. This can be changed to the bottom middle or bottom left. You can also set the 'Widget Button Text' which is blank by default. If you'd like to also change the icon displayed on the widget button, you can add your own SVG. You're also able to change the button colors to match your stores branding.
Replace Customer Account Links

If you'd like to use the 'Accounts Everywhere Widget' exclusively, and prefer to not use the 'Accounts Hub Page' at all, you can toggle on the 'Replace Customer Accounts Links' plugin. This plugin, replaces your account icon links on the store, with a trigger to open the 'Accounts Everywhere Widget' instead of navigating to the accounts page.
Add Logout Link to For You Page

With the 'Add Logout Link to For You Page' plugin turned on, a logout link is added directly to the 'Accounts Everywhere Widget' 'For You' page, for easy access
