Pool Info and Assignment Report

This guide provides essential instructions for generating a customizable Pool Info and Assignment Report, allowing users to filter by status and type of pools. With an intuitive interface, you can easily view assigned, unassigned, or all pools, including further segmentation into active or inactive categories. The ability to export the data directly enhances usability, making it a valuable tool for effective pool management. Pooltrac

Select the Menu in the upper left corner

Click "Pool Assignments"

Click "Pool Info & Assignment Report"

The new report incorporates our new filter system allowing instant changes to the report.

You can select to see "All", "Assigned", or "Unassigned" Pools in your Assignment Lists.

This filter allows you to show your "Active", "Inactive", "Suspended" Pools. You can then filter further by Commercial and Residential Pools.

If you wanted to see all Pools that are not assigned to any Pool Techs select the "Unassigned" filter at the top. Only Pools that are not assigned to a User will now be displayed in the list.

To Export the filtered information press the "Export to (.xlsx)"

When the report is done you will see the toast message "Report exported successfully!"
