Portal: Initial Log in How to, Patient View

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to log in to the Liberty Doctors Patient Portal. By following these steps, users can easily access their account and view their patient information.

Step: You should have received from your Liberty Doctors appointment a User Name and Password. The demonstratiron uses a test patient and demo password. Your User Name and Password should be used in place of what is used in this demonstration. User Name for this is Nichole Test and the initial Password that was given at office was s47f78. When this was set up during your appointment, an email would be sent to the email that is associated with your account. The next steps instruct you on how to log into your portal account.

When you have returned from your appointment where your Patient Portal was set up, open your email. (you may also need to check your Spam or Junk if you do not see this email in your inbox) Click "From [donotreply@libertydoctors.com](mailto:donotreply@libertydoctors.com), Subject Welcome to the Liberty Doctors Patient Portal, Received

Click "[https://gateway.aprima.com/portal/home/1068331](https://gateway.aprima.com/portal/home/1068331)" that is contained in the Welcome email. This will take you directly to the Portal log in window.

Enter the Username and Password exactly as it was given to you by the office. This included Capital letters, Spaces, Symbols etc. This demo the User Name that was given at the office was Nichole Test

The initial password that was given a the office was "s47f78" without the quotes. (s47f78 is for this demo only, the one that was given you at the office is what you would use in this step)

Click LOGIN

Click on Old Password to enter the password that the office gave you.

Type "s47f78 [[tab]]" which is the password the office gave you. (s47f78 is for this demo only, the password you receive will be different and should be used in this step)

Type your new password that you choose [[tab]]"

Type in your new password a second time.

Click "Submit" to Complete your account log in changes for new password.

You are returned to the log in screen, enter the new password you sent in the previous steps and then Click "Login"

Read the Portal consent agreement, use the scroll down slider at the side to read more. Then go to bottom of the screen.

Click "check box, I have Read...Aprima Consent"

Click "Agree". Once you have agreed to this concent you will be logged into the Patient Portal Welcome screen

Click "Welcome"
