Portfolio View Tour

Tour the Portfolio View tool in Orion to review the different features that will allow you to review client data internally and during client meetings.

Click the Portfolio View icon on the top left corner of the home page.

Click the Search for a client field to select the client or account that you would like to review.

To change change the date range select from the date range drop down or enter the dates in the calendar icons.

You'll need to click the Refresh button for the date range update to take effect.

To edit or create a new view select the View Management option.

To create a new view select + New View

Name your new dashboard and select if you would like to start from a blank view or use a template.

Click Create View to save.

Add additional cards by using the + Add Cards option.

Select the new cards you would like to add and click the X on the top right once you are finished.

Click the arrows button to enter Presentation Mode. This will hide the Orion side bar menu and the top tool bar so you can share your screen during client presentations. Click the arrows a second time to exist Presentation Mode.

Select the three dots to option up the Portfolio Viewer menu.

Click Run Report to select and generate an one off report or select the options such as Portfolio Viewer or Client Portal to launch those tools.

Update the overall dashboard settings in the Settings menu. These changes will stay in effect until they are updated again.

Toggle between views in the My View option.

Click to view a specific account or registration. The dashboard will automatically update to show you the new entity's data.
