Print a Student Transcript

Click this text field to search for the student.

Type the student's last name, first name.

Click the "+" to add the student to the list.

Click here to select the option to "Print a Student Report".

Click "Print a Student Report"

Click this dropdown to select the Transcript report.

Select the appropriate transcript report.

Click "Submit"

Click "Refresh" if needed while waiting on the report to load.

Click "View" to see the report within the browser.

Click "Download" to download the report to the computer.

When viewing the transcript look for the following elements to be completed: - Student demographic in the top left corner. - Completed Graduation Date, Class of:, and Diploma Type in the top center. - School information in the top right. - Student has all courses listed with course numbers and course names for each row with grade and credit. - GPA and class rank - Date of Transcript - Principal signature

Look for school information here.

Review that each course listed has a course number and course name along with a grade and any earned credits.

Check for GPA and class rank here.

A SC graduate must have earned 24 credits in the correct categories to be a SC High School Diploma earner.

Review the credits attempted and earned.

Final transcripts should be signed and dated by the principal of the school.
