Process and Save an Order on the Bundle Portal

Navigate to [https://bundle.xyzies.com/](https://bundle.xyzies.com/Web/DashProgram.aspx)

Click on: Orders - Create Order

Click on the Search Box and type the customer's address to search for providers available.

Check on the right of the screen for the Providers available, and click on the provider that you are processing the order for.

Click on "--Select Customer Language--" and select the language for the customer.

Click on the "Customer First Name" field.

Click on the "Customer Last Name" field.

Click on the "Phone Number" field.

Click on "Create Order" button.

2 screens will pop-up, 1st is the Spectrum bi-flow where you process the order.\ \ Once order is placed you will utilize the 2nd screen that is showing below to save the order in Bundle Portal.

Select the status of the order which will be: "OnlineOrder" - as it was processed using the provider portal.

Click on the "Account" field and complete with the number on the order.

Click on the "Work Order" field and complete it with the number in the order.

Click on the checkbox for the Products you sold.

For each of the products you select, it will show either a dropdown or a text box to complete the service type and info that you sold.

Click "Save" after you've saved the information for your entire order. Including mobile, tv, phone, and internet (all should be saved in 1 order).\ \ Bundle recognizes account numbers and orders as a 1:1 ratio. You cannot have a duplicate account number, therefore all the products in the account need to be saved in the same order.
