Proof of Prorate - Service Provider

This is a step-by-step guide for service providers (process agent) to access proof of prorate credentials using the ClearFleet system.

Iterisclearfleet

Navigate to the Iteris ClearFleet system

Click "IRP" from the navigation menu

Click "Vehicles" from the IRP sub-menu

Select desired registration year and fleet

Select "Proof of Prorate" from the action dropdown menu

Eligible vehicle(s) load below

Select the desired vehicle(s)

Click "Start"

Individual credentials open in a new tab\ Multiple credentials are combined into a PDF, sent via an email link
