Tip! Every investor will have a "Portfolio" section where they list all companies

Click on each company

Visit their website

Navigate to [https://www.agaveapi.com/](https://www.agaveapi.com/)

Press [[ctrl]] + [[f]]

Click "Careers ↗"

Check the job roles they're hiring for

Check the date of the job posted (if available)

Tip: You can go directly to the company's linkedin page using the apollo side popup

Avoid reaching out to companies that have jobs roles only posted 5+ weeks ago. Put them under "semi-qualified", "old-jobs"

If company is hiring only for one job role like "Intern", it's not profitable to reach out so exit and tag "unqualified" "low-open-roles"

Open apollo chrome extension

Navigate to [https://www.agaveapi.com/](https://www.agaveapi.com/)

Click "Save Company"

Click on the "Linkedin icon"

Save all companies (irrespective of qualification) and Click "View in Apollo"

Switch to tab "DO NOT PROSPECT LIST - Google Sheets"[https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1H5NUwvs04Ig_yenwRvEtB6JZAPk1lsE6QR3OBt5mioA/edit?usp=sharing](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1H5NUwvs04Ig_yenwRvEtB6JZAPk1lsE6QR3OBt5mioA/edit?usp=sharing)

Open the list

Press [[ctrl]] + [[f]]

Type "agave" or the company name

If the company has spaces like "Inbox Pirates", try searching for Inboxpirates, Inbox Pirates and Inbox-pirates. If found in DO-NOT-PROSPECT list add to list and add as "donotprospect"

Click on "Add to list".

Click "Search / Type to create list"

With your keyboard "do [[down]] [[down]] [[enter]]"

Tip! If they have less than 200 employees, and are hiring, have less than 3 recruiters, they can be added to qualified-{{your name}}, if they don't have any open roles you can mark them as semi-qualified and "low-open-roles". If they have more number of employees or recruiters or got acquired, you can mark them as "unqualified" and "too-big" or "low-open-roles" or "different-jobs" or "old-jobs" or "acquired"

Mark as qualified-{{yourname}} / semi-qualified / unqualified and the name of investor

Meanwhile on Linkedin you can click on "Jobs" tab

See the date posted

You can check parameters like Founded Year, Industry, Revenue as qualification parameters. We ideally want under 200 people companies for Integrity Power Search

Now click on "Overview Tab"

Check the number of people in outreach persona and recruiter persona

If they have more than 3 recruiters, quit. Mark as "unqualified" "inhouse recruiters".

Click "outreach persona"

If people in outreach persona have emails marked X or question mark, don't add them to the checkbox

Click this button to add all emails that are under the outreach persona.

Double-click this number field.

Type 5 (Max number of people we want to reach out to for integrity power search is 5)

Click "Apply selection"

Click "Lists"

Click "Add to Lists"

Type "qualified-{{yourname}}"

Click "Confirm"

Alert! In case number of emails added in outreach persona is less than 5 try to add people outside the persona

To view, all the people under the organization, click on the x icon next to filters

Add relevant job titles. For this refer to "Company Structure" document
