Click "My Events"

Click "add sessions"

Click "Add Workshops"

Check off "Public Health Appreciation Reception" and then click "Save/Add to Cart"

Click "Check Out"

Enter your card information and click "Continue" at the bottom

Confirm your purchase information and scroll to the bottom.

Click "Submit Order". You have successfully completed registration for the event. You will receive an email notification of your registration, which acts 1) as a receipt if you have paid, and 2) as your registration confirmation.
