Run Agent Payment Profile Report

Navigate to "Reports"

Click "Agent Billing"

Select "Agent Payment Profile" to open the report
Enable Agent Account Hold

Locate the agent and view their profile via the Action button

Enable an Agent’s account hold directly from the report
Alert! Account Hold prevents an Agent from ordering additional items from the Marketing & Service module. It does **not** stop subscription billing or prevent staff from creating new invoices for the Agent.
Tip! This is also where you disable an agent’s account hold

View the audit log to review changes made to an Agent’s account hold status in their profile.

Click "Close" to exit the report
