Quantity Items charged immediately after purchase

When a quantity item is purchased, for example, raffle tickets, wine pull, games etc., you have the ability to force the guests to make the purchase right away.

Go to Software Settings > Auction Settings

Click "Payment"

Click the dropdown under "Charge CC at time Quantity bid is placed?" and select Yes.

If you are charging credit card fees and have the 'Charge CC at the time Quantity bid is placed?' set to yes, your bidders will automatically be charged the fees.

Bidder's Experience

When a bidder has a card on file, they will receive the below message.

If a bidder doesn't have a card on file already, the software will prompt them to add one before they can finish the purchase.

This setting is all or nothing and will apply to any of the items that have a quantity item type set on the manage items page.
