Quoting: Add Multi-County Enterprise Units to a Policy

This guide provides a step-by-step process for adding Multi-County Enterprise Units to an MPCI policy. Navigate to <https://agrinet.agrisompo.com/policy> and sign in using the Duo push process.

TIP! There are two ways to get to the Quoter.

Searching for Policy inside the Quoter

Click the "App Grid" or "Waffle Icon" to open the drop down menu.

Click on "Quoting" to open the quoter and then search for the insured inside the quoter browser.

A new "Quoting" browser window will open. Complete the steps in this browser.

Click the "Search Insured or Policy" field search bar and key the insured's name or policy number and search.

The insureds name and available rolled policies will populate in the policy column. Select the policy to quote from the policy column.

Entering Quoter From Policy

Click the "Search Insured or Policy" field and key the insured name or policy number and search.

The insureds name and available rolled policies will populate in the policy column. Select the policy to quote from the policy column. **NOTE:** A green folder next to the policy number indicates that this is an estimate. The quoter will still use information keyed into AgriNet as the base for the Max Estimate Quote.

From the blue bar in the upper right corner, click on the "Graph" icon to go to open the quoter in a new browser window.

Make sure to switch the browser window to the "Quoter" to complete your quote.

In the Quoting Browser the information will populate as it shows on the Policy screen.

Adding the "MC" option

To add the "MC" option to make the cotton a Multi County Enterprise Unit, click the drop down arrow from the "Options" box.

Click "MC - Multi-County EU" option to add it.

Repeat the step above to add "MC" to the corresponding County/Commodity.

Click the "Acreage Lines" tab from the top center of the screen.

Adding Acres to all Lines at once

From the Acreage Lines tab, click the "Actions" button.

From the Actions button, the user can "Use a Prior Year's Acres" or scroll down to click "Copy Value" to add a set number of acres to all lines on the policy.

From the Copy Value pop-out window, edit the "Acres" box to desired amount of acres, and the "Insured Share" box to reflect the desired share. Click the "Select Coverages" dropdown area to show the county/commodities available to apply to.

Select all desired County/Commodities and click the "Save" button.

MCEU Tab

**NOTE:** The "Print Line" radio buttons have been selected as well as the "Acres" & "Share" boxes have been populated with the "Copy Values" from the previous screen. To look at the "MCEU" options, click "Multi County Enterprise" tab from the top center of the screen.

Tip! The MCEU tab is similar to a Comparison Quote, looking at the Acres across the lines in both counties. You can also opt for a Secondary County that is not on the base MPCI quote. The way this policy is set up, the Primary County is "Crisp" and "Wilcox" is the secondary. From the Primary box for "Wilcox" a secondary county can be set to view the rate for a different secondary county.

Click the "Add Multi County Enterprise Units" button.

From the pop-out window, select the "Secondary County" from the drop down list. **NOTE:** Only counties that are contiguous to the Primary County will be available in the drop down list provided by the RMA.

Once the "Secondary County" has been selected, the "Additional Acres" box will become active and editable. Once acres have been added, click the "Save" button.

**NOTE:** To edit or remove the Secondary County and or acres, click the "Pencil" icon to edit them, or the "Garbage Can" icon to delete them.

Once all desired information has been keyed, click the "Quote" button from the upper right hand corner.

NOTE: The "Results Tab" is for a quick summary overview. For a more detailed Quote, please use the "Print" button for a detailed Quote and Summation.

After the system generates the quote, the "Results" tab will populate the screen. To generate a .pdf of the quote to save and print, click the "Print" button.

The system will generate a .pdf. After it is done generating, the "Print" button will turn into a green download button. Click "Download .pdf" to save the .pdf to your computer.

Looking at the Quote

**NOTE**: The information on the first page, under the Header information is the "Coverage in Effect" that is reflected on the current Policy.

On the Summary portion of the Quote, the "MC Other County" box will reflect the information provided from the MCEU tab on the quoter.
