Quoting: Customize User Preferences for AgriNet Quotes

Agrisompo

Navigate to <https://agrinet.agrisompo.com/policy> and log in using the Duo push process.

After logging into AgriNet, start by selecting the correct crop year to work in.

Click this "App Grid" or "Waffle Icon" from the top right hand corner.

From the pop-out window, click "Quoting" to open the Quoter in a separate browser window.

Switch browsers, to the newly opened Quoting browser.

Click the "Person" icon from the upper right corner of the screen.

Scroll down the list and click "User Preferences".

A new pop-out window will display. From this window, the list of available Quoting types are listed in the left column. Select the Quote to customize on the left, to get the available options to populate on the right side of the screen.

**NOTE**: If there are multiple Agents under one Agency Name (Agency Code), the user preferences are set of the AgriNet user log in, and NOT the entire Agency. Each user will need to set their desired preferences. These can also be edited or changed at any time of the process.

By clicking on "Quick Quote" from the left column, the list of availalble options populate on the right. Make any desired changes, then click "Save" to save the selections.

Max Estimate User Preferences

To make changes to the Max Estimate, click "Max Estimate" from the left column.

To change the color of the information printed on the quote, click on "Subsidy Acre/Total". Select a color from the provided color chart. Once the color has been selected, click anywhere outside of the color box to minimize it. Repeat the process for the other options as many times as desired.

Max Estimate ~ Enable Historical Analysis

Double-click the "Enable Historical Analysis Sheet" radio button to "Check" it. **NOTE:** This option has two available sub-options. Make sure the desired sub-option is elected before saving.

Enable Maximum Yield

To **ENABLE** the "Maximum Yield" provided by the "APH Comparison Report", click the radio button next to "Use Maximum Yield" to check it. Don't forget to click "Save" so it takes affect.

**NOTE:** Each box contains options specific to different commodity types that the Max Estimate may generate. If you do not use these options, leave them as their default settings. Alternatively, you may adjust them as needed to customize the quote according to the producer’s requirements

Once all desired preferences have been selected, click "Save".

Once all preferences have been set and saved, click "Close" from the upper right hand corner.
