Quoting: Using the Profit Matrix Worksheet

Navigate to \[linkWithIcon\] and sign in using the Duo push process.

Click on the "App Grid" or "Waffle Icon" to open the drop-down menu inside AgriNet.

Click "Quoting" to open the quoter.

Tip! A new "Quoting" browser window will open. Complete the steps in this browser.

Click "Quick Quote"

Click "Policy Tools" from the drop-down list.

By default, the first tab that opens under Policy Tools is the "Profit Matrix" tab.

Editing the Worksheet

Note: All yellow boxes are editable. The other sections will update automatically based on the information provided in the yellow boxes.

Enter in the Insured's Name.

Fill in all the yellow boxes in the "Farm Acreage and Yield Information" section. Note: The "Net Acres" will reflect the "Gross Acres" and "Net Share" entered.

Enter the farm expenses in the fields provided. The system will calculate and display the total next to "Total Costs".

Complete the yellow fields in the "Individual Coverage" and "County Coverage" sections.

Production Marketed values can be entered here.

As you complete the yellow fields, the Matrix Chart will update automatically. You can adjust the "% of APH" and "Farm Yield" fields as needed.

Click "Update" to apply and refresh the information entered in the yellow boxes. Click "Reset" to set back to the standard settings.

Printing the Profit Matrix

Click "Print All" for a report that shows the information entered in all tabs. Click "Print This" to print only the Profit Matrix screen. NOTE: The report(s) can also be saved at this point.
