Navigate to your WAVE Report Dashboard

Click "Administration"

Click "Rating Level Management"

**Copy Levels** *Click this if rating levels were previously set up in WAVE for another period.* Click **COPY LEVELS** and select the source period to copy from. **Add from Template** *Use this to start with a pre-built rating scale (editable).* Click **FROM TEMPLATE**, choose a template, then modify as needed. **Add Levels** *Use this to build rating levels from scratch.* Click **ADD LEVEL** and define each level manually.

Click the edit edit button to any Rating Level

Edit the Name and Description if requied Click the colour bar to edit the colour

Use the colour selector or enter a colour HEX code

Click "Save" when happy with the colour for the Rating Level
