Navigate to [app.shipwise.com](http://app.shipwise.com)

Click "Settings"

Click "Carrier Accounts"

Click on Your USPS account

Click "Re-Authorize Merchant Account"

If needed, use USPS credentials to log in (if not already logged in on another tab) and then authorize Shipwise (DesktopShipper) to connect to your USPS account and click "Sign In".
