Re-enrollment for a student

Start by doing a Student District Search to locate the student. If the student record exists at a different school, send a records request to the other school and ask the student record be transferred to the enrolling school.

For inactive students, search for the student by typing a / before the last name.

Navigate to "School Enrollment" on the left navigation menu.

Click "Re-enroll in School"

Enter the date of the student's re-enrollment into school.

You can use the calendar widget to select the date.

Enter an entry code for every student. "E- Eligible for funding" is the most common value. "EEI - Ineligible for funding" should only be used for students who are not to be funded by the state. Seek district guidance on use of this value.

Click this field to enter an appropriate entry comment.

Type "He used the force and is on the light side."

Select "Full Time". Enter the student's grade level for enrollment.

Use the dropdown to select the student's District of Residence. This is the school district where the student physically resides.

Select Yes to restore class enrollments if the student is to be entered back into the same courses previously enrolled during the school year.

Click Submit.
