Reactivate Troop Members on Trail Life Connect

This guide provides instructrions for reactivating Troop members on Trail Life Connect, allowing users to quickly restore active status to members.

Navigation

Navigate to <https://www.traillifeconnect.com/dashboard>and click **Troop Members.**

Finding Inactive Members

Type in the last name of the member you want to reactivate, and select **Inactive** in the *Active* filter.\ \ In this example, we're looking for member Roberto Testo.

After clicking the arrow next to the name, click the **View Profile** button.

On the User Profile, click the **Reactivate User** button.

Reactivating Members

On the reactivation page, you will see the member's role history, as well as the following options:\ \ **Reactivate** will restore the member's status to active.\ \ **Notify User** will send an email to the member that their membership has been reactivated.

*Please Note: If a member has been deactivated in the last 90 days, the* **Reactivate Member** *button will not be available until 90 days have passed.*

If there are other deactivated members of the household, you can also reactivate them.\ \ Once you've selected the members to reactivate, click the **Reactivate Members** button.

You will be returned to the member's profile page, and should see a notification that the member has been successfully reactivated.
