Reassign a submission to another user in Droplet

You will want to use this process when someone in the approval flow is out (on vacation/extended leave, etc) and this submission needs to move forward.

Navigate to [https://app.droplet.io/home](https://app.droplet.io/home)

Click "All Submissions"

Click this icon to add filters.

Click here for "status" of your Droplet submission.

Click the "Status (required)" field.

Click "In Progress" to show Droplet submissions that are active and "in progress."

Click "Add Filter"

Click this icon to filter for the "form" type that you are looking for.

Click "Form"

Click this text field.

Click the form you are looking for. In this case, I am using the "Contract Request" form.

Click "Add Filter"

Click the "Find Submissions" field to enter the person's name you are looking for.

In this case, I am looking for submissions assigned to Erin Garcia. I type "erin.garcia and hit **[[enter]]**" on my keyboard. All submissions for "contract request" will show up that are assigned to Erin Garcia.

Click on the bubble to choose the appropriate line.

In this case, I am choosing all three lines. Click this icon.

Once you have chosen what you want, click the arrow down here for "actions".

Your options will appear. Click "Assign"

Click the "Find Users" field.

Click on the name of the person you would like to reassign the Droplets to. In this case, I want to reassign to "Nick Brizeno." I click on "Nick Brizeno"

Click "Assign" and you are done!
