Recording a Meeting

Although you can manually start recordings of Videosign meetings, an automatic recording will begin as soon as a user begins the signing process. You will be notified on the screen when the recording starts.

Manual Recording

When in the meeting room, on the bottom toolbar you will see a circle symbol. This is the Start/Stop Recording button. Click the button to **Start Recording**.

A message will appear in the top-right corner indicating that a recording has started.

To **Stop Recording**, click the recording button again.

You can choose to **Save** or **Delete** the recording. Clicking **"Cancel"** will resume recording.

Click on **"Save"** to save the recording.

To view the recording, in the left-hand menu, click **"Videos"**.

All saved recordings will be stored here, where you can **Play** or **Download** them. ***Note:*** You will be unable to play videos whilst the meeting is still being recorded.

Click the **Download** symbol to download the recording to your device.

Automatic Recording (During Signing)

When a user begins the signing process, the recording will **automatically** start and a notification will show on the screen.

The recording of the signature will appear in **"Videos"** to Play or Download.
