Recruitment actions - Add a call / Add a comment - Candidate
The guide explains how to register and track recruitment actions for candidates and patients

Add a call

Open patients' or candidates' list

Click on three dots to open the menu

Click "Add call"

The modal window to register a call for the record appears with:\\ - type of call - date and time of the call - call's outcome - optionally you can add a comment

When you fill all required fields, click "Save"

An information "Call saved successfully" will apear and call will be registered

On candidates' list, you can check actions history, by clicking an arrow to expand the record

Additionally, you can register a call and flag record to 'Call back". To do that, you have to choose the outcome with "Call back"

Then, the additional field to set, when we should call back, appears

After saving, next to the record's ID, a flag appears with information on when to call back

When the time to call back elapses, the flag changes to orange one

If you want to remove flag, as it's not needed anomore you can click on the flag and delete it. Flag will also disappear when you will register other action.

You can also filter list by "Call back" flag. To do that click "Filters"

Switch "Call back" toggle ON

You can also declare what time period to call back you can filter

Click "Filter"

Add a comment

You can register call and comment also from record's card perspecitve. To Add a comment click "Actions"

Click "Add comment"

Type a comment

Click "Save"

An information "Comment saved successfully" will appear and comment will be registered
Actions' history

To check the whole registered actions you can open an Actions' table. Click tab "Actions"

Then you will see all registered actions in chronological order
