Redirecting Invoice/Order Acknowledgement Reprints

This guide quickly shows how to locate and reprint a specific invoice PDF when the standard Billing → Generate Invoices → Reprint shows a RenServer error. It highlights the alternate steps so you can access the invoice or sales order reprint/acknowledgement despite the error.

Navigation to reprint invoice

Click "Main Menu"

Select "Billing"

Select "Generate Invoices"

Select "Non-Consolidated"

Select "Reprint Invoices"

Select Run Control for Invoice Reprint.

Process Execution

Enter Invoice Number

Click Run

Select "Kaplan Invoice Portrait"

Click "OK"

Alert! When this error message occurs, Click OK and follow remaining steps.

Ensure time frame is relevant. Click Details.

Click View Log/Trace.

Click file list link with ".PDF" to open.
