Navigate to [https://www.refbook.online/](https://www.refbook.online/)

Click "LOGIN"

If you have a current account Click "Log in" using your email address and password

If this is your first time logging in, click the ‘forgot password’ option. Enter the email address where you get emails from the UTC. This will be your primary email in the system. Hit the ‘retrieve password’ button. You should receive a link to create a password.

You should receive an email like this – use the temporary password to login to your account.

Adding or Updating Details

Your home screen should look like this. From here you will need to update your details and add your bank details for ease of payment.

Add your Availability

Click "*Availability*"

In the ‘default availability’ section you can set your permanent availability. This is when you’d expect to be available except on various occasions (as set in custom availability). Ideally, you would click on ‘all day’. If you are only available for a few hours, such as to do JOEYS in the morning only, then you can enter times in. The boxes below can be updated to state how many games (maximum) you can do in a day and how many in a row.

In ‘custom availability’ you can set when you are unavailable and available. Click the ‘+’ button to bring up the ‘create custom availability’ screen. Enter your details as necessary. You do not need to include ‘competition’ or ‘division’ or ‘venues’ unless that level of detail is required (e.g., if you are only UA for seniors but are available for juniors)

As an example, the custom availability below. You can edit this by clicking on the pencil or delete it by clicking on the bin. You now won’t appear in the list of ‘available officials’ for games in the nominated period of time.

Add a Team Involvement Conflict

Please add any teams that you have primary conflicts. Go back to the home screen click "My Organisations"

Click "Influences"

Click "Click to Add New"

Double-click "Conflict"

Click "All"

Click "Team Involvement"

Find your team in the list.

Double-click "Indefinite"

There are a number of additional Refbook articles to assist with lots of questions. To find this, navigate to your name, drop down to "Support"

Click "Knowledge base"

Click the "Search Articles" field.
