Register Event and Submit for Approval

This guide outlines the step-by-step process for registering and submitting an event for marketing and attendance tracking purposes. **Navigate** to <https://daltonstate.presence.io/forms>

Click "**Event Registration**"

**Click** the Event Name text field.

Type your **EVENT NAME**

Click into the **Host** field.

Type the **NAME OF YOUR ORGANIZATION**.

Click the name of your organization from the drop down list.

Use the **Event Description** field to enter the event details. This will be shown on the website so please be detailed and polished.

Use the **Time & Location** field to select the date and time of the event.

After you use the calendar to select the **start date...**

Double check the **end time** for accuracy. Be sure to also type in the **EVENT LOCATION.** Use full building names, not abbreviations.

If you want to assign **Rage Coins** to your event, use this section to select **Roadrunner Rewards** and assign the appropriate amount of coins for your event type.

**Click** "Point"

**Click** "Roadrunner Rewards"

**Assign** the appropriate number of points/coins (1, 5, 10, or 15).

Add **relevant tags** for your event - including the tag associated with the number of points being assigned.

**Click** "5 Rage Coins"

**Upload or Search** for a Cover Image.

**Click** "Submit for Approval"
