Register a Camper for Kidcam Camps

Click on the state where your camp is located.

This screen will show you all available camp weeks in the selected state. You can filter the results by clicking on the city you’re interested in on the left.

You will add the REQUIRED Registration Fee to your shopping cart. This will apply the one-time registration fee at checkout and give you the option to add your FREE camp T-shirt.

Next, scroll down and add your camp weeks to the shopping cart. If you are registering more than one camper, be sure to add the appropriate number of week options. (For example, if you are registering two campers for Week One, click ‘Add to Cart’ twice.)

Click ‘Continue’ when you are finished adding your weeks to the shopping cart.

Enter your email to begin the registration process. This email will be used as the primary contact for all camp communications.

Review and Acknowledge the Active Privacy Policy.

Click "Next".

Here, you will add information for your first camper. (If you are registering more than one camper, once you move past the shirt selection, the second registration fee session will appear. Select ‘Register a New Person’ from the ‘Who Is Attending?’ dropdown.)

Click the box to add the camper's one FREE Camp t-shirt, and select their size, and add any additional shirts you would like to purchase. This can be done under one week, although, the system gives you the option to purchase a shirt for every camp week you're attending.

Click ‘Continue.’ (If you are registering more than one camper, once you click Continue, the second registration fee session will appear. Select ‘Register a New Person’ from the ‘Who Is Attending?’ dropdown.)

Once you reach the week selection, click the ‘Who Is Attending?’ dropdown and select the camper information you just saved.

If you already purchased your shirts in the Registration Fee Section, you can ignore the future shirt sections.

You will follow steps 15-17 until all of the weeks needed for your campers have been added to your shopping cart. You can purchase their Extended Care and Food Add-Ons now, or wait until the summer to apply it to each camp week once you know more about their needs.

Step 3: Complete all required registration forms for each camper.

Remember to "Add Second Parent" so they are added to the camp communication.

Fill out the information for the second parent/guardian or emergency contact.

Read and click the "I agree to the Parent/Camper Handbook" section.

Read and click the "I agree to the Refund/Transfer Policy" section.

Read and click "I agree to the Waivers" section.

Read and click the "I agree to the Active Agreement and Waiver" section.

Click "Continue to Cart."

Here is where you will review your shopping cart and checkout.

You can pay for your weeks now to secure a camper's spot. Based on a camp's location, availability and how quickly it fills, a deposit option may be available as an option. Deposits will secure a camper's spot for a week and the remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file the Friday prior to each camp week. You may login to your account at any time and make payments towards your balance due up until the Friday prior to each camp week. Remember, not all camps have a deposit option given the demand for a particular location.

You will need to choose your payment option for each week in your shopping cart.

Click Pay Now to complete your payment.
