Register a New Organization Account

Navigate to [https://vtc.smartsimple.com/s_Login.jsp](https://vtc.smartsimple.com/s_Login.jsp)

Click "Register"

Select Appropriate Option

Enter Organization Name

Enter EIN, without any dashes

Enter Organization Address and Phone Number

Enter the Email address for the Primary Contact Person for the Organization

Enter the Name for the Primary Contact Person for the Organization

Enter the Job Title for the Primary Contact Person for the Organization

Enter the Phone Number and Address for the Primary Contact Person for the Organization

Complete the CAPTCHA

Click Submit

You will then receive a "Registration Complete" box, stating "Thank you for registering. An email has been sent to you with instructions to set up your password. Please check your inbox for this message, which contains the necessary steps to create your password and complete your account setup. If you do not receive the email in your inbox, please check your spam and junk folders. For additional assistance, please contact us at info @revitalizeva.org."

The email address entered for the Primary Contact Person will receive an email that states: "Please follow this link {New Password} to complete the process. Password Requirements: Your new password must be at least 8 characters long. [[ ]]It must include at least one letter. [[ ]]It must contain at least one number. [[ ]]It must have at least one special character. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please contact us at [info@revitalizeva.org](mailto:info@revitalizeva.org)

When the {New Password} link within the email is clicked, the user is taken to the password set up page. A CAPTCHA must be completed on that screen as well.

Once a password has been created, meeting all requirements, the user is taken back to the login page to enter their newly created email and password to login.
