Click "Register new Recognized Student Organization"
Public-Facing Group Details
Student organizations are prohibited from selecting a name that starts with “Emory” for their display name on The Hub. This helps students find groups more easily on The Hub, improves search results, and keeps our reporting system organized.

Enter group details.

Select a "Group acronym" field. This will become your organization's url (i.e "http://thehub.emory.edu/groupacronym."

If you have one, you may upload a logo for your organization. Please follow guidelines provided here: <https://communications.emory.edu/resources/logos/official-student-organizations.html>

Enter your organization's mission

Upload a draft of your organization's constitution.

List your organization's leadership, under "OFFICERS".

Including your officers, you will need to demonstrate that your organizations has the required 10 "MEMBERS."

Select the chartering entity you would like to review your application.

Click the "Please include a justification for why you have chosen to apply under this chartering entity.

Please identity if your group qualifies as a special interest group.

Please upload the required sections of your RSO constitution.

The following section asks questions about your organization's membership.

If your organization requires an application or an interview, they are considered a "Restrictive Org." Please provide the required information.

If you rorganization requires a try-out or audition, they are considered "Competitive Orgs." Please provide the required information.

If your organization has open membership, no further information is needed.

Please sign your name to acknowledge your understanding of the statements listed here, and submit your form.
Your form will be sent to the Divisional Council or Executive Agency that you identified in your application. You will receive updates, questions, or any points of concern via your submission on the Hub.
