Register an Organization for Donations

This guide saves you time and protects church credit by showing the exact portal steps to register your organization so donations are properly attributed. It explains how to search for an existing organization, what to do if it’s not listed, when to contact support instead of creating a duplicate, and how to complete the donation once the organization is registered.

Navigate to the portal and log in first: <https://gbhem-umc.my.site.com/hemgm/s/?t=1780415266566>

Click "Find Advance Projects"

Click the project you wish to donate to.

Click "Donate Now"

Proceed with entering the information required for either a single or recurring donation. Click the "**Donate on behalf of church/organization**" field.

Click to search, find, and select your church or organization here to provide hard credit to your church or organization.

If you are unable to locate your church or organization, click the link labeled "Click here to register your organization"

You wil be prompted to search for your organization one more time. Please note if you are an officer of a UMC and cannot find your church, please do NOT create a new organization. You will need to contact us using the email provided on this page.

If you do NOT see your organization listed, click "Can't Find Organization"

Enter the required information to create the organization.

Click "Submit"

You will now be returned to the donation screen where you can now click the "Search Organization" field and locate the organization you created.

Choose "Donate Now" or "Add to Cart" if donating to multiple Advance Projects.
