Navigate to [Account | Register](https://shipv2.desktopshipper.com/account/register)

- Enter your - **Existing** User Name - **New** password
**New Passwords** require at least one capital letter, one lowercase letter, and one number. Old passwords from Shipv1 may not work if they do not meet the new requirements. Simply enter a new password that meets the new requirements.

Select Create Account
