Register for and Download the Diary App

This guide outlines a simple process for patients to download and register for the Diary App, enabling diabetes tracking and communication with healthcare providers.

Access the patient invitation you received to the email you have on file with your healthcare provider.

Click the blue "Get the App" button.

To begin the registration process, enter your date of birth by clicking the "Date of birth" textbox. 1. Use the calendar dropdown boxes to choose: 1. Month and 2. Year. 2. Use the calendar to choose the day.

Next, you will need to create a password: 1. Type a password into the "Password" textbox that meets the criteria below. 2. Re-type the password into the "Confirm Password" textbox. 1. As you enter a password, the red "X" next to each criteria will change to a green checkmark when met.

Check the box to agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. You can review them by clicking on the file link.

Complete the registration process by clicking the blue "Sign Up" button.

You will receive confirmation of successful registration. Next, you will need to download the DreaMed Diary app. You have the option of downloading the app for the device type you have from: 1. Google Play 2. Apple App Store Click the button for the store you need to download from and continue by following the next steps on your device to complete the app download.
