Navigate to [https://apps.hosa.org/](https://apps.hosa.org/)

Sign In with your Username and Password

Log In to apps.hosa.org

Scroll to the Conferences Area and click on "2025 Regional Competition Qualifiers"

To add competitors, click the red "+" button

Find the competitor you want to register and click the "Register" button by their name

Click the correct region that your chapter is in. If you don't know your region, visit this link: <https://www.wahosa.org/uploads/2/5/1/3/2513991/wahosa_new_regions\_-\_sheet1.pdf>

Click "Register for Competitive Events"

Choose the event(s) that your student is going to compete in. They can compete in one competition per SLC block at the Regional level. You can view the SLC blocks here: <https://www.wahosa.org/uploads/2/5/1/3/2513991/25_26_competitive_event_blocks.pdf>

Once you have chosen the competitions, click the save button at the bottom of the screen

Once you hit save, you will be able to see everyone who is registered for the conference. You can pull different reports at the bottom of the page by hitting the View button.

Choose the view you wish from the list below.

You can get a Registration Summary to make sure everyone is registered correctly by clicking the Reports button at the bottom of the screen.

Click "Registration Summary"

You can print this page for your records and close out of the screen once completed. Everyone listed on the Registration Summary is registered for the Regional Competition Qualifier Conference.
