HPAC - Submit a pilot rating as an HPAC admin

Navigate to [https://2mev.com/#!/](https://2mev.com/#!/)

Click "Login"

Enter you email and password and click on LOGIN

Under TOOLS select DASHBOARD

Click "EVENTS"

Select the category you want to submit a pilot rating for, in this example we will select "HPAC - Pilot Ratings - Paragliding"

Click "View Registration Page"

Click "Submit Rating"

Click "Start Admin Transaction"

Type the name of the pilot you want to submit a rating for. In this example we will use the test profile named "hpac example"

Select the profile of the pilot

Click "Continue"

Select the level you want to submit a rating for, in this example we will select "P1"

Click "Next"

Enter the name of the pilot, if you cannot find your pilot name here it means their annual membership is not yet purchased and thay must do so from [here](https://2mev.com/#!/memberships/hang-gliding-and-paragliding-association-of-canada)

Search and select our test profile "HPAC EXAMPLE"

For the P1 examiner field, the profile you select must hold a valid instructor or senior instructor membership, we can select the test instructor profile "HPAC SENIOR"

To approve your submission, enter today's date.

Click "Next"

Click "Complete and proceed to Cart"

Click "SUBMIT & COMPLETE"

Click "Go back to membership list"

Let's double check that our pilot is all set by looking them up, search 'HPAC EXAMPLE'

Click "2"

Click "HPAC EXAMPLE" for the level we just completed the submission for, P1.

Notice that under "Membership Requirements" all requirements are completed, making the P1 level ''Issued''

You can edit your submission or manually approve requirements under the "Attributes & Records" section. Simply ''edit'' the information you want to add or update.
