Registering and Managing Camp Participants

Learn how to add new participants and update their personal profiles within the event management portal. This guide walks you through the steps to input attendee details, manage specific registrations, and save dietary or special needs requirements. To add a new Attendee go to your Attendees and add New

Click "edit"

Add all of the necessary fields.. REQUIRED Name, email, Date of birth and Gender

Click "Open the calendar popup." to put in birthday. Make sure the year is correct.

Choose Gender

Click "Save" if complete or this is where you put in any special needs. For example if you have physical or other special needs please fill this out. For example a broken leg, autistic, wheel chair.

Double Check everything is correct. Reminder if you have dietary restriction fill out the form <https://drive.google.com/file/d/1CPxlged8vOcQ2L-MV2mZK8Km-NXQi63q/view>

Click the "Special Needs" field. if needed

When you are done press Save
