Registering as an Art Gallery on ArtyTraders

This guide provides a straightforward and detailed walkthrough for art galleries looking to register on the ArtyTraders platform, ensuring a smooth setup process. By following these steps, galleries can efficiently create a profile, upload photos, and list products, making their artwork easily accessible to potential buyers.

Navigate to [https://artytraders.com/](https://artytraders.com/)

Click "Register as a Gallery"

Fill in the details and choose the "Gallery", if not preselected. Then click "Sign up"

You will be signed in and can go to your "Profile" to create your personalized page.

Upload the profile photo for your Gallery page.

Provide all the necessary information, including your Gallery name, contact information and a short description about your Gallery.

Save your information to finalize the creation of your Gallery page.

Go to "Products" section to upload your Artworks.

Click "Add new product"

Fill in all the information, including Artwork name, year, price. You have an option not to mention the price, it will be visible as "By Contract" on our website.

Upload your Artwork pictures.

Choose the Category of the Artwork and fill in the Artist's Name.

Write a 2-3 sentence description about the Artwork and upload the "Certificate of Origin", if any.

Choose the Material, Medium, Style and others, as well as provide more dimension information for shipping purposes. Then click "Save Product".

By clicking here you will be redirected to your Gallery's page on ArtyTraders. Your page will be visible immediately, while your Artwork will be under "Pending" status and will become visible on the platform after our confirmation.
