Registering for the 2026 SkillsUSA National Leadership Conference

This guide provides a comprehensive walkthrough for registering participants, selecting accommodations, and booking hotel details for the 2026 SkillsUSA National Conference. Follow these steps to ensure all attendee information and logistics are accurately submitted through the online portal.

Navigate and log into [https://www.skillsusa-register.org](https://www.skillsusa-register.org/HomeAdvisor.aspx)

Click "Conference"

Click "My Registrations"

Select the "2026 SkillsUSA National Leadership and Skills Conference" option.

Click "Add Registration"

Select Member to Register

Select the "Contest" option.

If registering for a Team competition, ensure all team members are assigned the appropriate Team Code and Roles.

Click "Save & Continue"

Complete "Name of Teacher/Adult accompanying participant" and "(Cell) Phone number of teacher"

Select the "Participant's T-Shirt Size" option.

Click "ADA / Education / Dietary Accommodations" Tabs

Complete any "ADA Accommodations"

Complete any "Education Accommodations"

Complete any "Dietary Accommodations"

Complete any "Add-On Events" as appropriate

Ensure that the contest is CORRECT!

Please ensure that you follow the next steps very carefully so your invoice is correct.

You will be able to generate an invoice immediately on Register. However, you will need to add the amount of hotel rooms and trading pins you need in Register. This step only needs to be added once during your registration. Click "Add Product"

Click "One Hotel Room (Single, Double, Quad) - 5 nights (Monday, June 1 - Saturday, June 6, 2026) - $1740.00" **This is solely to add the hotel room cost to your invoice. You will follow additional steps to select room types and assign names after you complete registration.** \*\* This step only needs to be added once during your registration

Complete the Quantity. Example - You need 5 hotel rooms (1 single, 4 doubles), the quantity would be 5.

Click "Save"

If you would like Trading Pins, Click "Add Product"

Click this dropdown.

Click the Trading Pin Option you would like. You can select multiple options.

Select Quantity. Then Click "Save".

Click the "I Agree:" field.

Click "Submit"

Request Hotel and Assign Rooms

Click "Hotel Reservations"

Click the "Check-in" field.

Click "1"

Click "Checkout"

Click "6"

Select the number of rooms

Select the Guests per room

Click "Search"

Add the number of rooms you would like

Click "Select"

Click "Next"

Complete information

Click "Next"

Complete Hotel Assignments

Click "Next"

Click "I have read and accept the Reservation Policies"

Click "Confirm reservation"

How to See Fee Estimates

Click "Show Invoices"

Use the Dropdown to see a Fee Estimate and Fee Details. Once you have officially submitted your registration (final step), you will see an invoice.

Select the Printer Icon

Final Step - Submit Registration

Please double and triple check you have registered all contestants and advisors. Ensure that the information is correct - contest, teams, etc.

Once you have completed your registration and double checked that everything was correct. Click "Submit Registration". Your invoice will be ready now.
