Removing user access from Avionte back office

go to [dst.aviontego.com](http://dst.aviontego.com)

You will be opening in Avionte Application Portal both "Avionte" and "Avionte user manager"
Tip! When doing multiple people, first disable their log in in "Avionte User Manager" for all the users then disable them in "Avionte".

Click **Avionte User Manager**

Click **"Recent download history"** and click on the Avionte download

Click **"Connect"**

Type your back office password

Click "OK"

Follow the steps for the multi factor authenticator ( MFA )

Click on the user you want to terminate

Click "Disable"

Click "yes"

Close the window

Go back to the main back office page and click on the Avionte logo

Double-click here:

Click "Connect"

Click on the method you want to receive the MFA code

Input the code

Click "**confirm"**

Click **"Admin Tools"**

Click **"Employer"**

Double Click **"SourceNow"**

Click **"User"** on the top ribbon

Click "Add/Edit"

Click the search bar and search the name of the user you are looking to inactivate.
Tip! Its best to search by last name

Type the name of the user

Check off the "Active"
