Renew IRP Registration - Service Provider

This is a step-by-step guide for service providers (process agents) to renew an IRP registration within the ClearFleet system.

Navigate to IRP Registration Details

Navigate to the Iteris ClearFleet system

Click "IRP" from the navigation menu

Click "Registration Details" from the IRP sub-menu

IRP registrations will load, starting with the most recent

Click "Renew"

NOTE: Click "Print Renewal" to download a printable PDF renewal application

Supplement Step 1 of 7 - Renewal Details

Review account details

Click "Next"

Supplement Step 2 of 7 - Fleet Details

Review and update fleet details as needed

NOTE: If IFTA distance exists, option to use for the reporting period

When ready, click "Next"

Enter jurisdiction distance information for the fleet

Click to certify the distance information entered is correct

When ready, click "Save"

Fleet information has been saved to the renewal supplement

NOTE: Fleet can be viewed or edited

When ready, click "Next"

Supplement Step 3 of 7 - Weight Groups

Existing weight groups will load

NOTE: Weight groups can be viewed, edited or deactivated

NOTE: More weight groups can be added by clicking "Add Weight Group"

When ready, click "Next"

Supplement Step 4 of 7 - Vehicle(s)

Existing vehicles will load

Vehicles can be viewed, edited, or deleted

NOTE: More vehicles can be added

Supplement Step 5 of 7 - Documentation

View documentation requirements and upload any documents

Supplement Step 6 of 7 - Verify

Select preferences and verify supplement information

Selections must be made for how to receive the invoice as well as the credentials

When ready, click "Next"

Supplement Step 7 of 7 - Submit

Review supplement and invoice details

Click to certify the accuracy of the information provided in the renewal

Click "Submit"

NOTE: Renewal supplement is now submitted for DOT processing

System redirects to the Supplements page

Invoice details, client account info, and IRP contact info load below

Operating jurisdictions and distance load below IRP contact info

Weight groups and fleet vehicles load at the bottom
